Q: An oil pipeline exploded in Nigeria's Lagos lately. What's your comment?

A: We have noted that the unfortunate pipeline explosion in Nigeria's Lagos on May 12th, which led to major loss of life and property. We extend our solicitude and condolences to the Nigerian people, particularly the families of those victims.
